You may know us as the folks with the paddleboards, or the business with the big red bus that runs shuttles for events & festivals. Since 2018, we’ve taken groups out for river and climbing trips, facilitated educational opportunities & river clean ups, and helped countless folks take a break from their screens. Not only do we value all the benefits that come from getting outside and adventuring; we understand that building a relationship with Nature awakens us in new ways and is the foundation for understanding the need to protect Mother Earth and our natural resources.
We’re embarking on the next chapter of this journey which will allow us to provide more types of fun activities for our WHOLE community. We have signed a lease on a storefront and are opening Floyd’s first and only adventure outfitter! We will also build a climbing wall and sell gently used outdoor gear and outdoor provisions.
And what’s more- our outdoor, primitive, wood-fired kitchen (Driftwood Catering, LLC) will be parked out front serving tasty, locally sourced, farm fresh meals!
We’re launching a crowd-funding campaign to raise the rest of the funds needed to see this vision reach its full potential.
